How To Find Your Purpose: The Tips That Help A Person Become Extraordinary

Extra-Ordinary people and personalities make a difference, they have a purpose. Purpose, not purposefulness. Purposefulness is a striving, a striving for something to be achieved and overachieving. The purpose is where their success stems from.

What is a purpose?

Well, a purpose is your reason for getting up in the morning. What is your reason to enjoy what you do every day? What's the real value of what you do? Those are the questions you have to ask yourself. The question you ask yourself will guide your decisions in how you live and what you do. "When your purpose is aligned with your values, then it makes every decision from that moment onward more purposeful." What is your purpose? Have you heard of Carl Jung? I know some of you have. My take on his work is that his work is less about the ideas themselves and more about the action you take from them. He also did not think in terms of using concepts to figure out our purpose, as many people have done. He believed that life is lived in the moment.

How to identify your purpose in life?

There is a difference between what we do and who we are. What we do is what we do. It’s what we do and how we do it. What we are is who we are. For example, we can tell a person is a mother by the way they care for their child, feed the child, the mannerisms they exhibit, etc. What we do is telling people who we are and not who we are. What we do and who we are are one in the same. What we are is the person who not only has a responsibility to care for the needs of a child, but also cares for the needs of other people and has a desire to help others. It’s important to ask questions that will help you uncover your purpose, in life and in work. Here are some examples: Why do you do what you do? How will you stay inspired to keep going? Why are you the type of person you are?

How to go about fulfilling your purpose?

1. Be 'True to Me' All human beings have an inner voice that guides them to make decisions, however the inner voice varies from person to person and in accordance to the person. Being true to yourself gives you the freedom to be true to who you are. Take time to think about who you are and how you can bring that energy out for the world to see. This takes conviction and courage. It also helps to remove all judgement. 2. Be Disciplined To find your purpose, it's important to find the discipline within yourself that allows you to dig deep and discover your purpose. The purpose that you set for yourself needs to be achievable and show a visible sign. That sign can be hard to see at first but over time, it will show itself.

How finding one's purpose can help you live a happy life?

2. Purpose does not have to make you miserable and cause you to consider suicide. (Read this, and get inspired). We know from research and experience that it does not take someone's life to feel miserable. Purpose has been shown to make people feel happier and more optimistic and productive. Also, doing what you love and being passionate about it has been shown to increase your sense of meaning and joy. In short, the ultimate purpose of a human life should be to live a happy, fulfilled life. Everyday we see people who are suffering or living in poverty. All around us, there are people that are suffering, alone, and do not feel that their life has meaning and purpose. It seems so easy to say, 'Why don't they do something about this?

Conclusion

When a person reaches a certain level, even if they’re only doing the minimum, they leave an imprint on the world around them. If you don’t know who you are, the purpose behind your actions will be lost. Don’t waste the time of your life trying to make sense of the world if you’re not sure who you are. Do it now and make that clear! “The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.” –As Bill Sees It, p.
